The Shipping & Returns statement applies to the use of this Great Lengths
NXT website. Please read thoroughly, if you do not agree with the
statements herein, do not use this website. If you do access the
website, and / or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these
statements set forth below. |

- Delivery:
Goods will be delivered as stated in our delivery
information section on the website. The maximum period of
delivery would be within 14 days, unless specifically agreed
with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any
subsequent change to the delivery time. Smart Card Biometric, Inc. reserves the right to change shipping carriers to best suit the order without jeopardizing the shipping method chosen.

- Return of Goods Policy:
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including
delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has
been dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods.

- Shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless
www.smartcardbiometric.com has shipped an item not ordered or
an item is damaged in shipping.
|
- Merchandise that has been
opened may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Note: Not all items are returnable once opened or used.

- Merchandise that has been damaged in return shipping will
not be refundable unless the packaging was provided by us.
|
- If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are
unwanted, then they can be returned for a full refund (less
shipping and handling fees) within 14 days after the receipt
of the goods.

- Items must be unused, still have their original
packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original
delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your
statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the
purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount
(less shipping and handling fees).

- Backorders: We carry a limit selection of products, therefore, there may be times when demand is greater than supply or we are introducing a new product line and do not yet have a feel for inventory requirements.
|
- If an order has an item that is not in inventory then the order will be held until the item is received or one week, whichever is shorter. At that time the order will be sent and a new invoice may be created for the backordered items.
